1About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website, ask us for a proposal or buy a digital product from Cartelplanet Technologies. By using the site you agree to them. Project work is also governed by the written proposal or agreement you sign.
2Prices and proposals
Prices, ranges and estimates on this website are indicative and include GST only where stated. A project starts only after you accept a written proposal with a fixed scope, timeline and price. Changes to the scope are quoted separately before any extra work starts.
3Payments
- Projects are billed in milestones as set out in the proposal; work may pause if an invoice is more than 15 days overdue.
- Shop purchases are paid in full at checkout through Razorpay. An order is confirmed only after the payment is verified.
- We issue GST invoices for all payments.
4Ownership
Once a project invoice is paid in full you own the custom design, content and code we created for you. Third-party software, fonts, images and plugins remain under their own licences. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
5Digital product licence
When you buy a template or digital product you get a non-exclusive licence to use and edit it for your own business and for your clients. You may not resell, share, redistribute or upload the original files to other marketplaces. Each product page lists any additional licence terms.
6Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and timely feedback and approvals.
- Make sure content, logos and images you supply are yours to use.
- Keep your logins, hosting and domain accounts secure.
7Warranty and liability
We fix defects in our own work reported within 30 days of launch at no charge. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work concerned.
8Using this website
Don't misuse the site — no scraping, spam, attempts to break security or uploading harmful files. Content on this site is for general information and may change without notice.
9Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute by talking to you; if that fails, the courts of Haryana, India have jurisdiction.
