Downloads are delivered instantly, so they're non-refundable — unless a file is broken or not as described, in which case we fix it or refund you in full within 7 days. Duplicate payments are always refunded.
1Digital products (shop)
Templates, packs and other downloads are delivered instantly to your Google Drive, so purchases are generally non-refundable. We will fix the file or refund you in full if, within 7 days of purchase:
- a file is broken, missing or won't open in the software listed on the product page, or
- the product is materially different from its description.
Email contact@cartelplanet.in with your order ID and a short description. If we can't fix it within 3 working days we refund you and remove access to the files.
2Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice, or money was deducted but you did not receive an order confirmation, write to us with the payment reference. Duplicate payments are refunded in full after we verify them with Razorpay.
3Project work
Advance payments reserve your slot and cover discovery, planning and design started for you. If you cancel a project, we refund the advance minus the value of the work completed up to that date, as set out in your proposal. Milestones already approved and invoiced are not refundable.
4Subscriptions and care plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the current billing month. We don't refund partial months.
5How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
