1Who we are
Cartelplanet Technologies ("we", "us") builds websites, apps, software and digital products for businesses and sells digital templates through this website. For the personal data described here we are the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Registered address: Zirakpur, Punjab.
2What we collect
- Enquiry details: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, company and what you tell us about your requirement when you fill in a form, chat with our assistant or call us.
- Order details: for shop purchases — name, email, phone, company (optional), the products you buy and the payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by our payment partner Razorpay; we never see or store them.
- Usage data: pages visited, the link or campaign that brought you here, device and browser type and an approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Cookies: a session cookie that keeps forms secure and, only if you accept them, analytics and advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
3How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals and deliver the services or products you ask for.
- To share purchased files with your email on Google Drive and send order and access emails.
- To send updates on WhatsApp or email only if you opt in. Every marketing message has an unsubscribe link or a way to opt out.
- To understand which pages and campaigns are useful, and to keep the site secure and prevent spam or fraud.
- To meet legal, tax (GST) and accounting obligations.
4Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — hosting, email delivery, the WhatsApp Business Platform, Razorpay for payments, Google Workspace / Google Drive for file delivery and, if you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Meta — under contracts that require them to protect it. We may disclose data where the law requires it.
5How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 3 years after our last conversation. Order and invoice records are kept for 8 years as required by Indian tax law. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. You can ask us to delete enquiry data earlier.
6Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent for marketing at any time, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to contact@cartelplanet.in — we reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
7Security
The site uses HTTPS, form and payment data are verified on our server, passwords and keys are encrypted, and access to customer data is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we also keep backups and logs to respond quickly if something goes wrong.
8Children
Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
