1How digital products are delivered
After your payment is verified, the product's Google Drive folder is shared with the email you entered at checkout and we email you the links — usually within a minute. Your private order page also keeps the links and a receipt.
- Use the email you sign in to Google with (Gmail or Google Workspace) for instant access. Other addresses get a Google invitation to verify first.
- Open a file and choose File → Make a copy or download it to edit.
- Nothing is shipped physically.
2If access doesn't arrive
Check spam and "Shared with me" in Google Drive. Still nothing after 30 minutes? Use "Email me the links again" on your order page, or write to contact@cartelplanet.in with your order ID and we'll fix it within one working day.

Websites, apps and software are delivered as set out in your proposal — usually on our staging server for your review, then on your hosting or app store accounts after approval.
